SDAR Recognition of Excellence Award
Ever since 2016, Justin Gramm (Globella's broker) has been recognized annually by the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors® (SDAR) for excellence in the real estate industry. Each year, Justin has received the Silver award in the Individual category of SDAR's “Recognition of Excellence Award”, placing him in the top 1 percent of San Diego REALTORS® (for the number of closed transactions in a given year... OR the way Justin looks at it, the number of clients he was able to help achieve their home-buying goals).
The Recognition of Excellence Award recognizes and encourages outstanding real estate agents and brokers in San Diego. Recipients of the award are honored each year at SDAR's Real Estate Circle of Excellence event, a black-tie gala.
It is believed to be true that Justin is the ONLY realtor in San Diego County who routinely wins this award while representing homebuyers only (never sellers).
