Globella Buyers Realty is proud to announce that it will enjoy another year of membership in the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). NAEBA is an extensive group of top real estate agents whose companies all practice exclusive buyer agency (every one of these companies commits to never representing sellers). One of the first things you should ask your potential buyer's agent is: Do you (or does your company) ever represent sellers, and will you (or your company) potentially be a dual agent at any time during my home purchase? An exclusive buyer agent can always answer that question by saying, "We never take listings and we will never be a dual agent."
NAEBA has strict rules about who can join the organization. Many real estate agents who call themselves buyer's agents are not allowed to join if they work for a traditional brokerage and sometimes take listings. Being a member of NAEBA, for Globella, is another way of confirming to our important clients that we only work for home buyers 100% of the time. I also get a lot out of my interaction with other exclusive buyer agents across the country, and I find that I am able to constantly be honing my skills to better represent my clients as a result of my membership in NAEBA.
NAEBA also has a detailed Code of Ethics that each member must follow, and I take great pride in being a member of such a great organization of professional buyer agents.

Exclusive Buyer Agents do not list homes for sale and never represent sellers. They have no "inventory" to try to sell you. They can represent you in purchasing any home. They are specialists at representing buyers only on the buyers' side of the transaction. Exclusive Buyer Agents work to get buyers the best price and terms when they buy a home.
