San Diego Real Estate Agent for First Time Home BuyersA while back I helped Vladimir (Vlad) buy a condo in the Mission Valley/Bay Park Area (92110 zip code) of San Diego. Vlad was a first time homebuyer, he's an all-around good guy, and it was a blast working with him. He was looking for a San Diego real estate agent for first time homebuyers when he found me.

At first, I helped Vlad write a successful offer on a short sale listing, but we soon realized that it was going nowhere fast. I helped him legally cancel his purchase contract on the short sale and then found another condo that he ended up liking so much better!
