Once our offer was made, Justin managed the entire process extremely methodically and efficiently, channeling the communications with the other parties. This was important as the seller was also under time pressure and could not afford any delays either. Justin seemed to know more about the real estate process than the others involved. He was constantly finding and fixing mistakes that others were making. There were a number of potential "dropped balls" by others that might have caused problems or delays that Justin proactively avoided.
Most importantly, Justin Gramm is probably the nicest guy you'll meet. Not the artificial kind of pleasantness that you'll often find with real estate people, but the real thing. The end result was that I got the home I wanted, in an area I like, at a good price, and in the time I required.
