California Energy Commission Booklet for San Diego Home BuyersIf you are buying a home in San Diego, you may wish to consider the home energy rating of any home you may be purchasing. The California Energy Commission has issued a helpful booklet entitled, "What is Your Home ENERGY Rating? Know Before You Buyer or Sell." The booklet teaches you how to lower your energy bills, enjoy a safer, more comfortable, and more durable home, reduce your impact on the environment, and increase your home's sales appeal and appraisal value. 

This booklet also addresses topics such as What is a Home Energy Rating?, Understanding Your HERS Index, Making Wise Improvements, etc. Click the following link to download your copy of this booklet: What is my San Diego Home Energy Rating?
