Dear Justin,

On behalf of my wife Leslynn and I, we want to sincerely thank you for your outstanding service as our realtor during our recent purchase of a condo in downtown San Diego. We have learned so much from you that after this we can’t imagine purchasing a home with anyone else.

Although this was our first experience with an exclusive buyers agent, we have purchased and sold several homes in the past using traditional real estate brokers. Your services were eye-opening and way above any prior experience. You greatly exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a remarkable process to work with you and truly have an expert represent only our interests in the purchase. You worked tirelessly on our behalf, using all available resources to locate just the right property for us and find the perfect deal. We were particularly impressed by your expertise in using the internet to assist our search and keep us constantly updated on changes in a dynamic market. Furthermore, you were very personally active and in touch with everyone by phone and in person. Your approach left no stone unturned and was of great assistance in negotiations.

The process of purchasing a home can be a long and emotional one. Therefore, it was also important to find an agent with a compatible personality. You are extremely knowledgeable and a good teacher, but very low pressure and listened carefully to everything we said. After a few short weeks we knew you understood our needs and we trusted you explicitly. Importantly, we also just liked being with you as a person, and this made the time we spent together all the more enjoyable.

Finally, I have to admit that although we are thrilled with the home you helped us find, we are saddened to now have finished the process. We will recommend you to all of our colleagues and friends and hope to have a chance to work with you again in the near future.
