San Diego Buyers Broker - Takers and GiversYou know (and I know) that some people are givers, and others are takers! Frankly, I think that most people (at their core) are one or the other. I hope you've been blessed with people in your life (whether they are family members or just good friends) who are true givers. You and I have choices every day regarding who we want to spend our precious time with. Of course, we've all made bad decisions at one time or another, but that's no excuse for continuing to make poor decisions. You can choose today the types of people you want to spend your time with.

This may be important when you're hiring a San Diego real estate agent to help you with your home purchase, and it's certainly important to me when I'm interviewing a new potential client to begin representing. I am not interested in working with takers. You know who you are (and you know if you're not one). In other words, takers need not apply! However, if you are a giver, we just might be a really good fit for working together! I'm not expecting or asking for physical "gifts." I'm talking about people with positive attitudes, respect for others, love for life, etc. That's the type of guy I am, that's the type of people I like hanging around in my free time, and that's the type of client I love to dive in 100% with and go the extra mile for.
