The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) is an organization of real estate professionals who have dedicated their business lives to representing ONLY buyers of real estate.
Globella Buyers Realty is a proud member of NAEBA.
In order to qualify for membership with NAEBA, a real estate brokerage must provide proof that it is a TRUE exclusive buyer brokerage.
To avoid conflicts of dual agency, exclusive buyer agents do not list homes for sale and never represent sellers.
This restriction to one side of the real estate transaction ensures that the interests of home buyers are protected in every step of the real estate transaction, from house-hunting and negotiation, to inspection, financing and closing.
Every agent who works for the brokerage MUST operate in this way (only working with homebuyers) for the brokerage to qualify as an exclusive buyer brokerage AND become a member of NAEBA.
As an active member of NAEBA since 2009, I have attended numerous conferences, networked with other exclusive buyer agents around the country, been involved with long-term planning for the association, participated in nationwide conference calls, etc.
The professional acquaintances, friendships, and resources that I have through this organization have helped me offer better representation to my clients in many instances.
I am also an active member of the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR) where I served as a volunteer on the Grievance Committee for three years.
And I'm an active member of the the San Diego MLS (SDMLS) and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).
