FAQ - What are the SDAR Local Area Disclosures for San Diego County?

SDAR's Local Area DisclosuresIf you are purchasing a home anywhere in San Diego County, you will hopefully be presented with a copy of the San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR) "Local Area Disclosures for San Diego County" booklet. This booklet is intended to be read together with the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) Statewide Buyer and Seller Advisory (SBSA form). The Local Area Disclosures for San Diego County (LAD form) is intended to provide information which may impact the Buyer's decision to purchase a property in one or more areas of San Diego County. In the booklet, you will find general disclosures regarding area attractions, San Diego's general plan, soil defects, fireplaces, high wind and flooding conditions, prisons and jails, historic districts, and trolleys and trains (just to name a few). You will also find chapters on environmental disclosures for San Diego County, San Diego traffic and transportation, air traffic and airport disclosures, and numerous "special area" disclosures.

Exclusive Buyer Agents do not list homes for sale and never represent sellers. They have no "inventory" to try to sell you. They can represent you in purchasing any home. They are specialists at representing buyers only on the buyers' side of the transaction. Exclusive Buyer Agents work to get buyers the best price and terms when they buy a home.

If you have excellent credit and plan to buy a home or condo in San Diego County within 90 days, contact Justin Gramm to hire an agent on your side of the transaction. Call Justin at (858) 437-2662 or  E-mail.
