I organize my schedule with efficiency in order to offer the best customer service, availability, and attention to your specific needs. And there are times when I am basically on-call for you. The reality is that I always have other clients, but most of my clients feel like they are the only one I'm working with.
Globella clients have the opportunity to see every home on the market that meets their search criteria... without bias! I don’t take any listings (Globella never represents sellers), so I have no listings to sell you... but I have access to every home for sale in San Diego County. I will show you any home you want to see, including homes listed in the San Diego MLS, for-sale-by-owner properties, foreclosure or bank-owned listings, and short-sale listings. I will even accompany you to a foreclosure auction. My obligation is to you-only (not to the seller). You are the boss.
The first step will be to determine whether or not we are good match for each other. You will have an opportunity to meet face-to-face with me to get acquainted and to discuss your property search and how I work. This initial consultation lasts one hour and is free of charge - I call it the Globella Buyer Strategy Session.
Once we’ve both determined to move forward, we will establish an agent-client relationship by forming a buyer representation agreement (contact me directly for a copy of the agreement). The agreement obligates Globella to work on your behalf and represent your best interests as an exclusive buyer brokerage and indicates that you are allowing Globella to exclusively represent you on your San Diego real estate purchase. Begin and end dates will be established, as well as other points of interest including compensation for services, my obligations to you, your obligations to me, etc.
It is my goal to help you avoid costly mistakes, saving you time and money. I work hard to try to eliminate (bad) surprises during your San Diego home-buying process. This is especially important if you lead a busy lifestyle!
