I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with the service you provided. I am not a real estate expert, but I have purchased 10 or 12 properties during my life and found you to be of the highest quality.

Three associates and I were interested in buying a beach condominium for us to use for our families and to rent out. We identified the complex (North Coast Village in Oceanside) that we were interested in, and that is when I found you.

I figured that if I found you doing Google searches, then certainly you must be one who knows how to use technology to help in the buying process - and I liked that.

We completed almost the entire transaction with me being in Arizona and you (and the property) being in California. Honestly, it was in many ways more smooth than transactions I have had in the town in which I live. After we sourced many properties, and after you coached me relative to their strengths and weaknesses, we made an offer on a short sale property. The offer was accepted, and you gave me a very realistic outlook of what we could expect.

After the successful offer, I arranged to make a trip to San Diego to check out the place. Not only did you spend your weekend working with me, you made sure that I saw 15 alternative places, so that I could judge whether or not I was travelling down the right path.

You referred a lender who was familiar with exactly the kind of property we were buying and got us great borrowing terms. My next door neighbor is a great mortgage broker who confirmed that we got a "smoking deal."

Every Friday, without fail, you let us know how the deal was progressing. You coached us to "be patient" and "stay with it" until the deal closed. Around the closing, you helped us arrange the appraisal and inspection. You connected us with the right insurance guy and even got us a homebuyers insurance policy. You checked the locks, got us the keys, and got everything perfect with the HOA. You got us the right phone numbers for the utiilities and phone/cable/internet companies.
