I recommend to anyone buying a home to, first of all, definitely work with an exclusive buyers agent because they will show you everything in your location/price range with no conflict of interest, and secondly, if they are looking to buy in San Diego, to work with Globella/Justin.
At our first meeting, Justin showed us all of his credentials including extra educational certifications. I found it impressive that he is striving for continuous professional development in that way.
He then did something I really respected, which was to carefully verify that we were serious (i.e., that we seriously interested in purchasing and had the necessary credit and funds to purchase). He explained that by avoiding wasting time on people who weren't serious, he could devote full attention and give excellent service to clients who were serious.
Then, like the other reviewers said, he was easy to work with, very available to answer questions, and provided us with a lot of detailed information about various steps of the process.
