We used Globella Buyers Realty when we purchased an investment property four years ago. This year we didn't hesitate to call Justin again to help us find our perfect family home. He is friendly, easy to work with, and always returns calls promptly. It’s easy to characterize his service into three areas:
The search- He asks detailed questions about your needs, really listens to your answers and then helps find just the right property. Since he isn’t affiliated with agencies that sell, he is fair and impartial. He points out the positives and negatives about each potential purchase. In addition to the customary multiple listing service, he is creative and innovative to help find places that might not even be on the market yet. As an example, he walked through our target neighborhood, meeting and talking with neighbors. Sometimes they know when someone is thinking about moving, but hasn’t listed yet. He works with the latest technology, too, and put our criteria into the MLS system so any property that came on the market popped up on our phones immediately. Sometimes we were the first to view- a definite advantage.
The purchase- Once we had chosen our place, he did extensive research on value and considered many comparable properties, so we were confident in the valuation and could make a strong and fair offer. Justin is a tenacious negotiator and we were glad he was on our side!
The Follow-Up- Once the contract was signed, he and his staff followed up closely with our lender to make sure all contingency deadlines were met and he attended all inspections personally, asking the professionals the right questions and making sure nothing was overlooked. He kept in contact with the escrow company, too, and was always prompt to respond to our questions.
We highly recommend Justin- in fact we have! He is currently working with a friend that we referred. We welcome any questions you may have.
