I could not be happier with the experience I had purchasing my first home with Justin. There is a lot to learn when you are new to this and he takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Throughout the process, it is clear that finding you a home that you will be happy with is his first priority.
One of the main reasons I went with Justin was to avoid potential conflicts of interest. I didn't want someone who would try to sell me a home against my best interests. In addition to him being an exclusive buyer's agent, the agent agreement ensures that this is not a concern. In fact there was one point during the process when I was on the fence and about to put in an offer, and he convinced me not to based on the criteria I had provided to him at the beginning.
Not only does he have your best interests in mind, but he is very accommodating. The website he uses to share properties with you makes selecting places to visit very easy. We met to view properties that I was interested in within a day or two of finding them. He even wrote up an offer for me on a Saturday night while he was out of town,which I never would have expected. After having an offer accepted, the process was very smooth. Everything happened on time and in the end I am happily in a new home just over a month after I first met with him.
It's difficult to say that the home buying process can be stress free since there is so much that's out of your control, but I would definitely recommend Justin if you're looking for someone who can remove some of the stress. He will have your best interests in mind, and your agent will be one less thing to worry about.
