When we decided to move to San Diego and mindful of some bad experiences with traditional brokers, we sought out a Buyer’s Broker. A review of web sites gave us a short list of them in the San Diego area and our first meeting was with Justin. We looked no further.

I have no idea how many houses we visited (and Justin I don’t want to know). As we worked together we came to realize that Justin was a mine of information about the housing markets in and around San Diego and he helped us greatly to focus on what we really wanted. He would consistently point out pros and cons of a property being viewed if we didn’t mention them.

But when it came to actually buying a property Justin (and his team) were even more amazing. No detail was too small if we were concerned about it. If we were concerned about the HOA meetings for example he could be helpful because he had already read them - AMAZING. He came with us to the inspection and was insightful (and it turned out very accurate) on a budget for getting small stuff fixed. Negotiating an agreement is tough once you’ve found what you want at slightly more than you are comfortable paying. Justin eased us through that process as well and we finally settled on a number that we were very happy with. Thank you Justin.

Needless to say we have no hesitation in recommending Justin. He will not let you down and I am sure you will feel after the event, as we do ‘That was the best real estate experience we have ever had’.
