Globella Buyers Realty is a San Diego real estate Exclusive Buyer Broker, providing true buyer representation to home buyers throughout San Diego County. As an exclusive buyer's agent, Globella helps home buyers research, locate, evaluate, and negotiate their San Diego real estate purchases. This means you can be represented on your side of the transaction, the buyer's side.

Justin Gramm, Globella’s founder and principal broker, is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a special real estate designation offered by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). Justin is also an active member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), and he has earned the Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR) designation. Currently, Justin represents all of Globella's clients (and loves doing it). Justin's long-term vision is to build a team of professionals at Globella who strive to provide an unparalleled level of customer service and true representation for San Diego homebuyers. Globella’s foundations for success are experience, research, tough negotiation, and professional character.

From its inception, Globella has worked with home buyers only and has never accepted listings of homes for sale.
