For more than 10 years, I've maintained Globella Buyers Realty as a buyers-only brokerage, which means I’ve built my expertise around helping homebuyers and I never take listings or have properties to sell.

Meet Justin Gramm

 

I’ve been proud to call San Diego home for many years. But after relocating to San Diego from another state and completing three different San Diego home purchases of my own (one that we live in now and two that we’ve kept as rental properties), I realize more and more that home buyers need and deserve a different kind of representation.

 

I know what it’s like to go house hunting from the buyer’s point of view (even with little kids and a wife pregnant with twins). I also understand the challenges of finding a home you love while staying within your budget. And I've had the honor of helping hundreds of homebuyers from many different walks of life navigate the home-buying process along the way.

 

The home buying experience can be emotional and challenging. But as an exclusive buyer’s agent, I’ve built Globella to offer a different kind of home buying experience — one that’s less stressful, more helpful, and that always protects you and your interests as the buyer.

 

Justin Gramm is the founder and principal broker of Globella Buyers Realty. While overseeing Globella's day-to-day operations as well as planning Globella's future growth, Justin currently represents all Globella clients as their exclusive buyer agent.
