As a first time home buyer with a single income, we were very careful in every single step of the home purchase process. After doing a lot of research we decided to hire an exclusive buyer’s agent because it avoids the conflict of interest that can occur with dual role / dual agency representation. This situation was perfect for us because we could save more money to be well-prepared for becoming homeowners. It’s all thanks to Justin. If we gave up at that time, we might not have been able to afford a house later because the home values seem to be going up, and with multiple offers on many homes we may still be getting outbid again and again.
Also, without appliances in the house and us being at our max budget, Justin understood our situation and gave us a very fair price on his compensation so we were able to buy the house and all the appliances we needed. Even after closing, Justin kept us posted about the seller's status, and helped us to remind the seller how much rent they had to pay to us (while he was busy with his newborn daughter). His professionalism and caring for our family was outstanding!! Without Justin, we would never have bought this home and become happy homeowners. Thank you, Justin... You made our dream come true!
