Globella Buyers Realty was founded on the premise that owning real estate is a vital part of the American dream, and people want (and need) friendly, professional consultation in pursuing this dream. Globella is a family-owned residential real estate firm and was founded in 2008. We are exclusive buyer agents, which means we do not have any listings to sell. We don't work with sellers, rather we specialize in helping buyers find the home/condo of their dreams.

What's in a Name?

"Bella" means "beautiful" in Italian and Spanish. "Globe" (or "globus" in German) is another word for "world." Put them together, and you get "Beautiful World." Not only is San Diego a beautiful place to live, but as we visit different parts of the world we are constantly in awe of the beauty we find all over the globe! Life is truly precious, and so is our home. Our home provides shelter, but it also provides a place of rest, a place where relationships are developed, and a place of beauty (a place we are excited to come home to every day). There's an emotional aspect to finding the right home. Everyone wants to own a home that they love. In fact, our policy is that you should only buy a home that you love and that you can afford. That's our job. We'll do the legwork for you. In the end it's your purchase and your decision, but we'll be there to help you every step of the way.
