About Justin Gramm

Justin Gramm is the founder and president of Globella Buyers Realty. While overseeing Globella's day-to-day operations, Justin also represents a select group of San Diego home buyers as their exclusive buyer agent.

Justin is an active member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). He is also a member of the National, California, and San Diego Associations of REALTORS® (NAR, CAR, and SDAR). In 2009, Justin received the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation from NAR and REBAC.

Justin's interests outside of real estate include family, travel, song-writing, reading, and most sports.

Justin graduated from Grand Canyon University with majors in Mathematics and Secondary Education and a minor in Biology. Before his real estate career, Justin was a district manager/field sales manager with Cutco Cutlery/Vector Marketing for seven years, where he ran one of the most successful branch offices (top ten) in the nationwide company's 55+ year history.

Justin has extensive experience in helping home buyers navigate through successful San Diego real estate transactions. He is committed to integrity, professionalism, and hard work. Clients appreciate his positive attitude and the personal attention he gives each one (read client testimonials).

Before founding Globella, Justin worked as a real estate consultant for RE/MAX Coastal Properties and Prudential California Realty and as a mortgage consultant for TCS Mortgage (all in San Diego).
