Justin Gramm: When I started Globella Buyers Realty in 2008, I wanted to create something that was different. I decided to work only with homebuyers, so Globella never takes listings. I have nothing to sell you, but I can help you buy any home in San Diego County. We start out with an interview, or what I call a Buyer Strategy Session. There are no strings attached; you can ask me any questions you want, we’ll have a good talk and see if we’re a good fit for working together.
