Justin Gramm should be YOUR exclusive buyer's agent; have no doubts about it! You may wonder why you would need an exclusive buyer's agent, or even be anxious about signing an agreement with an agent (at least I was); like me, you probably don't fully understand the value of both your agent and yourself being part of a team. But this makes a true difference! And let's be honest, any professional who works hard and provides a service needs to be paid. The agreement between your agent and yourself is just to make sure that he is compensated in the end for the hard work that he provides for YOU. All agents get paid at the end of the transaction, so signing an agreement does not change that fact in any way.

Justin and I spent about four months together, most of the time via phone / video call / email, as I was relocating from San Francisco to San Diego. I cannot count the number of services and amount of advice that he provided me through the whole process. I am 100% convinced that a "random" buyer's agent will not help you out as much as Justin is capable of doing. He's a great communicator and responds fast and on time, and no details are left out or forgotten. Justin will not push you to buy "something", but will rather question you through the process to understand your needs and will be the best teammate you can have when it's show time (i.e. when you put an offer on the table and the digging / paperwork process starts).

Justin also has a great character and is a respectful person. Outside of his "agent's hat", he's a very nice person to talk to and spend time with (you will spend time with any agent when it's time to go visit homes, so it's always a plus to have the company of a smart and fun person!).

If one of my closest friends or family members asked me to recommend them a buyer's agent, I would recommend Justin without thinking twice about it. And if I ever need to buy again in San Diego, I will call Justin right away.
