You Might Think He Is Too Good to Be True, But He Really Is This Good! - Globella Review from Dan and Sara B.

 

 

Like many of the other reviewers on yelp and the testimonials on Globella's site pages, my wife and I cannot say enough good things about Justin and how much we enjoyed working with him during our recent Tierrasanta home purchase. He was truly fantastic and to say that he elevates the tenor of the profession of being a Realtor is no exaggeration.

When we first were trying to decide on a Buyer's Agent Realtor, I interviewed several agents. When it seemed like Justin would likely be our preferred choice to hire as our agent after reading some of the reviews you see here and on his site, I actually asked to speak with his last 5 clients. He obliged us with their contact info after he got their permission, and I also interviewed them. Those interviews were, if anything, even more glowing than the impressive reviews you can read on yelp and the Globella site.

Justin was incredibly easy to work with and always pleasant and level during what for most people (us included) often ends up being a very emotional purchase. He served as ballast on our cruise toward our property, always trying to make sure to point out the pros and cons of properties we visited with him and letting us know what kinds of repair bills we might expect for various defects in properties. He was an exceptional communicator in person and by phone, and quickly responsive to text queries (which we tried to limit to time sensitive and/or easily answered questions) . He was incredibly responsive to directly answering our many questions in detail and never made us feel like we were bothering him, even though at times we know we took a lot of his time. He really does work to educate people in this process and is superb at doing so. His ability to multi-task, keeping us moving forward while also working with multiple other clients every day was also quite impressive. When he communicated with other (seller's) agents his oral and written communications were top notch. Although we didn't get exactly the price we wanted nor the seller's repairs that we thought would be fair, it was not due to any deficits in Justin's performance. Both the offers and the requests for repairs were framed and worded with exquisite care and craftsmanship in addition to including all of the appropriate legal paperwork (tracked carefully by both his documents processor, Jeanne, and him). And in the end, with Justin's superb assistance, we bought a house on a lot that we think will be a fantastic place for us to live for at least the next 20-30 years that we are both very excited about.

I joked when we first hired him that even if he had written all of these reviews himself, the attention to the detail in them and the items valued and praised by the reviews were so in line with what we valued that they were great advertisements in and of themselves. And I promise that this review is written solely by me, without any of Justin's influence. Justin is intelligent, proactive, and always demonstrated impressive integrity in a field not necessarily known for that. At times, reading these reviews, you might think he was/is too good to be true...but he really is this good!
