ABOUT JUSTIN GRAMM

 

Justin Gramm is the founder and principal broker of Globella Buyers Realty. While overseeing Globella's day-to-day operations as well as planning Globella's future growth, Justin currently represents all Globella clients as their exclusive buyer agent (and loves doing it).

Justin is an active member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). He is also a member of the National, California, and San Diego Associations of REALTORS® (NAR, CAR, and SDAR). He was recently awarded silver in the  Individual category of SDAR's 2016 Recognition of Excellence Award, placing him in the top 1 percent of San Diego Realtors®. 

Justin has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI), the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation from REBAC, the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from NAR, and the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification (also from NAR). He recently won silver in the Individual category of the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors' "2016 Recognition of Excellence Award." Justin is passionate about buyer representation, and he makes it a point to continue growing as a professional every year.

BACKGROUND:

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University with majors in Mathematics and Secondary Education and a minor in Biology. Before his real estate career, Justin was a district manager/field sales manager with Cutco Cutlery/Vector Marketing for seven years, where he ran successful branch and district offices (receiving numerous regional and national accolades). Before founding Globella, Justin worked as a real estate consultant for RE/MAX Coastal Properties and Prudential California Realty and as a mortgage consultant for TCS Mortgage (all in San Diego).

Justin's interests outside of real estate include family, travel, song-writing, reading, and most sports.

Justin has extensive experience in helping home buyers navigate through successful San Diego real estate transactions. He has represented all types of home buyers from first-time buyers, to active military, to teachers, to retirees, to vacation-home buyers, to doctors, to nurses, to professors, to police officers, to scientists, to engineers, to high level CEOs and business owners. He has helped clients search for and purchase homes in most areas throughout San Diego County including Downtown, Coastal San Diego, North County, Inland, East County, etc. The nature of Justin's business requires him to have a strong general understanding of most areas in the County, because home buyers often want to see homes in more than one area (keeping their options open at the start before narrowing down their search). If you're looking within San Diego County, Justin most likely can help you. Justin is committed to integrity, professionalism, and hard work.
